Powder Metallurgy

Powder metallurgy is a production method in which metal powders are compacted under pressure and then sintered into the final part. It is widely used for small and mid-size technical components and offers an important production solution wherever high quantities are required.

The method is preferred across many industrial applications for its dimensional repeatability, low material loss and minimal machining requirement. The ability to produce complex small geometries economically makes powder metallurgy well suited to serial production projects — and a natural complement to our investment casting and aluminum casting services.

Because process steps run serially, the same part geometry can be produced repeatably over long periods — a real advantage for production planning and part standardization in regular, scheduled supply to international customers.
