01

Part Size & Production Capacity

With single-piece casting capability up to 3.5 tons and a monthly production capacity of 600 tons, production is organized to support needs ranging from prototype work to high-volume serial production projects.

02

Molding Technologies

Aluminum and polyurethane pattern systems, Alphaset molding technology, together with Hot Box, Cold Box and Shell core production technologies, enable the production of castings with varied technical requirements and part geometries.

03

3D Sand Printing Technology

Binder Jetting–based 3D sand printing enables complex mold and core geometries to be produced directly. It offers short lead times for rapid prototyping, product development and low-volume technical projects.

04

Production Precision & Surface Quality

For parts produced with 3D molding technologies, general tolerances can be achieved at ISO 8062 CT8–CT10 levels, with surface quality typically in the Ra 12.5–25 μm range. Values may vary depending on part geometry, molding method and technical requirements.

Quality Control & Laboratory Infrastructure

Dimensional checks with CMM measuring devices, chemical composition verification with spectral analysis equipment and hardness verification with hardness testers can be carried out throughout production. Internal-structure inspections are performed with ultrasonic testing.

Production processes are managed with a traceable and controllable structure, in line with OEM technical requirements.

Our quality management infrastructure is continuously being developed, with IATF 16949 quality management system groundwork actively under way.

04 — Sand Casting Production Process

Sand casting production process

The core steps of sand casting production, from pattern and mold preparation to shipment. This section can easily be expanded with content for each stage.

01

Pattern & Mold Preparation

The pattern and mold are prepared in line with technical drawings and project requirements.

02

Core Production

Cores matching the part's internal geometry are produced and placed into the mold.

03

Molding

The mold is formed with the selected molding method and prepared for pouring.

04

Melting & Pouring

The alloy is melted to spec and poured into the mold under controlled conditions.

05

Knockout, Cleaning & Finishing

The solidified part is removed from the mold; cleaning, grinding and finishing operations follow.

06

Quality Control & Shipping

After dimensional and metallurgical checks, parts are prepared for shipment.
